Expert Instructors with a practical approach
Why Onsite Training?
Operating Efficiencies
Training an Operator on the equipment they will be using, in the environment they will be working in, contributes to both short and long-term operating efficiencies. Understanding the idiosyncracies of each piece of equipment and how to operate them in the most efficient way saves time and reduces expensive wear and tear on the equipment.
Cost Savings
Onsite training with Red Arrow saves companies money. There is no travel or hotel expense for team members and because our overhead is low we’re able to pass that cost savings on to you.
Less Work Loss Day
No travel means less days off work. We also work with your schedule to minimize profitable down days.
Safety
Red Arrow trains for safety: from basic to advanced techniques of operating cranes safely and efficiently. By engaging with Operators in their natural environment, we can enhance our training and personal safety measures. The better they perform in training situation, the better they perform on the worksite.
Corporate Reputation
Your corporate reputation relies extensively on the safe and productive work by your crane and rigging operators – and that directly translates to major earned or lost revenue. Red Arrow takes our breadth of knowledge from our extensive military training and interpret complicated training practices into common-sense, easy-to-understand information. This creates better operators and enhances your corporate reputation.
Convenience
There’s not much to say here. When we travel to you and train your team onsite, it’s a win-win for both you and your team operators. Everyone feels comfortable and this often enhances the learning experience.
